Rakai community school of nursing management over the weekend suspended a final year student for sleeping with a Kyotera district councillor in the institution managed apartment.

Jesca Mutesi, 18, was caught red handed sleeping in an apartment rented for students to conduct their placement studies sleeping with David Sseremba, a councillor representing Kakuuto Sub County at Kyotera district on the National Unity Platform ticket.

Sseremba who is also the head teacher of St. Josaphat primary school, Kabonera in Kyotera district took over sponsorship of the suspended student at her secondary level of education.

The Insight Post has established that during holidays, Sseremba could ask permission from Mutesi’s parents to allow him to deploy her at his beer depot, then located at Kakuuto.

However, to everyone’s surprise, the councillor was found almost naked, dressed in only a boxer inside the room as the student wrapped the body in a towel.

The duo closed themselves in the room for the councillor to dress up again and upon opening the door, the councillor managed to escape from the security guard manning the place.

Our well-placed source at the campus revealed that all along the institution knew the councillor was the girl’s father but were surprised to find them naked in the room.

Currently, the girl is at her village in Kanamiti waiting for the institution’s disciplinary final decision to determine whether she will continue with studies or not.

This is not the first time Sseremba is being implicated in sexual scandals, in April this year, he was summoned by Mutukula police for allegedly molesting underage pupils at his school.

It was reported that he could lock up himself in office and perform outrageous acts on his primary six and seven pupils. He molests girls by fondling, attempted child solicitation as well as showing them pornographic material.

Recently he almost got into a fight with a parent from Kitasiba who later raised a complaint to the director of St. Josaphat primary school, Kabonera that Sseremba also sleeps with his wife commonly known as ‘Mama Fatuma’.
