Hotel Next boasts of its luxury accommodation. It was established with three floors holding 34 rooms equipped with internet and inbuilt air conditioners.
Despite the friendly booking prices of Shillings 300,000 for the executive rooms, 250,000 for double occupancy rooms and 250,000 for other double rooms, the place is surrounded by an elegant green environment.

The place is able to accommodate conference centers of 250 and 200 people respectively. Guests enjoy luxury dining and service treatments rooted in modern and ancient ways of living.
Thanks to the proprietor, Sotius Ssegawa, also a renowned electrician and the pioneer of Segken company in Masaka City.
Globally exposed and inspired, Ssegawa has remarkably set a new pace for the hotel industry in Greater Masaka giving a second thought to young investors capitalize the scheme.
The hotel business is predominately one of the most booming and ever-lasting sources of income generation on the African continent and globally.
“I am inspired by a journey of creating a difference in the hotel business in Masaka City and Uganda. I am already encouraged by several organizations and companies supporting us and clients from different countries.” Ssegawa expresses gratitude.

During a conversation with the writer, repeatedly mentioned Ali Kakooza who was inspired into the hotel business and since he wanted a unique facility it encouraged him a lot to save aiming at investing into the facility.
So far, the facility stands out as the major inspiring projects initiated since Masaka was upgraded into a city. The hotel was officially opened on July 1, 2023.
At its level, it has been more of a meeting hub for corporate companies and government officials who prefer convenience, however, the proprietor is also focused on an extension to accommodate bigger numbers.
The current structure under construction will accommodate more 45 rooms including presidential suites, a spa, outdoor infinity pool and views
So far, the place remains one of the highly attended hotels in the region due to its cleanness and accommodative environment.
Clients who frequent the place say the proprietor’s character and charisma resonates well with the receptive chronology appealing to customers.

About Sotius Ssegawa
Ssegawa was born to Micheal Titus Kiwanuka and Pascazia Nansubuga residents of Kisoso Village in Masaka City. He is Married to Kevine Ssegwa residing at Kyabakuza.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Mutesa 1 Royal University, a Post graduate diploma in project planning and management and a diploma in electrical engineering.
He has worked for big organizations such as the American Tower Company, Airtel, Umeme, UEDCL among others.
