Shock has engulfed residents of Industrial Area in Mukono Municipality upon discovering a youth after committing suicide in a toilet.

The Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Patrick Onyango notes that the victim either out of anger or shame probably went and locked himself in a pit latrine and committed suicide using a sisal rope.
Onyango reveals that the step mother Nusula Nakigiri who caught them had warned to report the matter the husband Sowed Kabugo.
