According to Okema, Otim and two civilians Jimmy Ogwal, and Moses Oloyo were arrested for obstructing police officers while on official duty.
Okema described the incident as unfortunate. He urged members of the public to desist from interfering with the work of the police.
“It’s very unfortunate that up-to-date members of the public lacked respect for police personnel while on duty.” He said.
