Mukono Resident District Commissioner Fatumah Ndisaba Nabitaka cautioned Nakifuma County Member of Parliament Fred Kaggwa Ssimbwa against uttering useless statements before the public.
The restraint came after the MP appeared at a government seed school commissioning event at Kimenyedde Sub County in Mukono district on Tuesday and started demanding for an increment of parish development modal money allocated to the central region as well as release of political prisoners.
Ndisaba became acrimonious against the legislator, socializing falsehood and hatred against the government programs.
She noted that parish development model money is given depending on the number of parishes yet in the central region district councillors failed to embark on parish multiplicity.
She further castigated Ssimbwa for lacking knowledge on such small issues that matter and instead goes on speaking to the populace involving school children.
John Chrysostom Muyingo, the State minister for higher education, appealed to residents and legislators to learn to appreciate the good things done by the government rather than putting up criticism all the time.
