School Directors Arrested Over Indecent Sexual Assault of Male Pupils by Male Teachers

June 21, 2024

Joint security intelligence in Uganda composed of police and the Internal Security Organization (ISO) are hunting for Innocent Mugisha, 44 for allegedly promoting lesbian and gay sexual services at his place.

Mugisha is a resident of Kalonda Cell in Nakawa Division, Kampala. This website has learned that he has been receiving funds from abroad to facilitate LGBTQ activities within and outside the communities of Kampala.

The Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga says police cordoned off Mugisha’s home located at Kalonda and recovered dildos, massage oils, lubricant for anal sex, a tripod stand, and a camera.

“We received an intel that Mugisha recruits youths into the LGBTQ movement and also supplies them with assortments for practicing illegal sex condemned in the country.” He revealed.

He further added that the intelligence system is on high alert to have him arrested and brought to book besides revealing his source of funds and how he receives it to conduct illegal activities.

Lately, police have maintained monitoring of Mugisha’s home to stop residents from destroying it upon learning that he is involved in queer activities which are contrary to their traditional culture.

One of our confidants at Nakawa police station who preferred anonymity revealed that security has already received information that the suspect managed to secure a quick flight heading to Greece.

Once Mugisha is arrested, he will be charged under the new Anti-Homosexuality Law. He is likely to be charged with child grooming which involves distributing materials displaying the same sexual acts in the presence of children. The punishment for this offense is twenty years.

He will also be charged with using his premises for purposes of homosexuality (Punishment of ten years) and promoting homosexuality whose punishment is twenty years imprisonment.

END.
