A cloud of grief has engulfed family, friends and colleagues following the death of Moses Karangwa, who succumbed to injuries sustained in a road accident on Sunday.
Karangwa was reportedly involved in a crash while travelling in motor vehicle registration number UG 0101 151. Following the accident, he was rushed to Kayunga Regional Referral Hospital for emergency treatment before being transferred to Mulago National Referral Hospital in Kampala for specialised medical care.
Despite efforts by medical personnel to save his life, Karangwa later died from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
Preliminary reports indicate that he suffered severe chest injuries during the accident, which are believed to have contributed to his death.
The circumstances surrounding the accident were still unclear by press time, as authorities had not yet released a detailed statement on the incident.
