After musicians dominating the political opposition scene under the Uganda’s leading opposition political party of the National Unity Platform, other opposition parties have also started offering musicians space to re-gain momentum.
Today, the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has unveiled Sadat Mukiibi known by his stage name as Kalifa Aganaga as the potential candidate to hold their flag in the Kawempe North by-election.
The unveiling has taken place at the party headquarters located at Najjanankumbi. The by-election follows the death of the area Member of Parliament, Muhammad Ssegirinya, on January 9, 2025.
