Rev. Peter Bakaluba Mukasa, the Mukono District LC5 Chairperson is committed to ensuring passing on a heavy penalty to Mukono Acting Division Police Commander Ismael Kifude for invading his rest gardens operating during lockdown.
The previous weekend Rev. Bakaluba took on a battle to the social media accusing Kifude for condoning off his premises while his family members gathered to celebrate a birthday party of his son.

After the conversation attracting a loud attention from netizens, Rev. Bakaluba mobilized his political team to compile a working record of Kifude since he was posted at Mukono as the Division OC.
The move scared Kifude before running to make an apology for the Sunday incident but Rev. Bakaluba declined to take the apology insisting that the matters will be arbitrated before the IGP.
Kifude earlier started that police did not beat, harm, or chase away any one at Bakaluba’s home; there was a birthday party and many other people present in the compound, bar, swimming pool and inside the house on top of loud music.
Nevertheless, Rev. Bakaluba says the act was disrespectful to him as a member on the district security committee arguing that the DPC had many other various ways he could use to push him stop the various activities at the center.
He insists that the activities involving extending food packages to vulnerable people were taking place at his home and only church music music was playing.
